The number is the number
A price on this list is what you pay, not a starting point that grows once I have seen the job. Where something genuinely cannot be fixed in advance it says so, with a floor or a range instead of a single figure.
Simple and complex are defined, not judged
Every service page states exactly what puts a job in one bracket or the other, so you can work out which one you are before you ask me.
You approve anything extra first
If a job turns out to be bigger than what you paid for, you get a quote and a choice before I start, not an invoice afterwards.
Payment, ownership, cancellation and what happens if you stop paying are all written out in plain English.
