A one-time build,
and a plan that keeps it running.

Three packages, each a flat price agreed before I start. Every build comes with a care plan covering hosting, security, backups and edits, from $45 a month. Both numbers are on this page. Nothing appears on your invoice that is not.

A revision round is one consolidated list of changes, submitted within 5 business days of delivery.

Two ways to fill a package.

Same builds, same prices. The only difference is whether you pick the extras or I already have.

Pick your own

Eight page add-ons and seven power features. Standard takes three and one, Complete takes five and two. Choose the ones your business actually uses.

Four builds with the picks already made: detailing, home services, salons and restaurants. Same package, same price, none of the deciding.

The monthly half.

Every build includes a care plan. The site is hosted, secured and backed up on mine, and small changes are handled without a separate invoice.

Standard and Complete let you choose which extras go in. The add-ons page lists all fifteen, and every one of them can also be bought on its own later.

The two charges that are not in a package.

Listed here rather than discovered on an invoice. Neither applies unless you ask for it, and you get the exact figure before any work starts.

Content preparation and onboardingFor when you have no copy, photos or logo ready to hand over.
$100 – $175
Rush deliveryYour project moves to the front of the queue.
$150 – $250

Everything else I sell on its own, from a $30 text change to a $400 ordering system, is on one page.

How a project runs.

01

Tell me what you need

We talk through your business, your customers and what the site has to do. I ask the questions that decide the rest of the build.

02

I design and build it

You see the site as it comes together, not just at the end. Revisions are part of the price, not an upsell.

03

We go live

I handle the domain, the hosting and the launch. Then I stay reachable for the updates that come after.

Questions about the price.

How long does a build take?
Typically 1 to 2 weeks from the time I have your content, depending on the package and how complex the build is. The clock starts when your content arrives, not when you pay, so getting that together early is the single biggest thing you control.
What if I do not have a logo or photos?
Either I point you at something quick that works (Looka, Fiverr, Canva), or I build with professional stock photography as a placeholder and swap in your real content once it exists. Logo sourcing and setup assistance is a listed $75 if you would rather I just handled it.
Can I edit my own site?
Most sites are updated by me as part of the care plan, which is usually faster than doing it yourself. If you want to make quick changes to your own menu, services or gallery, ask about the self-editable content power feature.
What happens if I stop paying for hosting?
An overdue balance may affect hosting or service availability, but the site is suspended, not deleted. I will always reach out well before that happens. Restoring it just needs the outstanding balance paid in full, plus a flat $75 reactivation fee.

How payment, ownership and cancellation work is written out in plain English too.
