Hours change. Prices change. You get better photos. A site still showing last year's information does more damage than no site at all, because it teaches people your business cannot be trusted on detail.
A care plan is what keeps that from happening, and it is required with every build. That is not an upsell: a site nobody hosts, patches or backs up is not a working site, and I am not willing to hand over something that will quietly break six months later.

Questions
What counts as one update?
One request, however many small changes are in it. Sending four photos to swap is one update, not four. Host covers up to 15 minutes of edits a month; Grow covers four updates a month with a 3-business-day turnaround.
How do I request a change?
You message me. You work directly with ALVSolutions — no ticket queue or outsourced support.
What if I need more than my plan covers?
Anything beyond the allowance is priced by size and published: $30 minor, $60 moderate, $100 substantial. You will get told which bracket a job lands in before I do it.
Can I cancel?
After the 3-month minimum, with 30 days' notice. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and that period is not refunded. After that I stop hosting, maintaining and monitoring the site. The site is yours either way: nothing is deleted, and I will help you move it to hosting you control, though any third-party cost to do that is yours.
