Lawn care with five services listed

A printed menu photographed and uploaded as a PDF is the most common mistake a small business makes online. It is unreadable at arm's length on a phone, invisible to Google, and out of date the day a price changes.

A real menu or services page is text. It scales to the screen, it can be searched, and changing a price takes a minute instead of a reprint. It works exactly the same whether you are listing tacos, nail treatments, detailing packages or lawn services.

Past about 20 items the job changes shape: it needs categories, filtering and a layout that survives scrolling. That is where the complex price applies, and it is the only thing that moves it.

What you get

  • Every item as real text, not an image of text
  • Prices you can change without a redesign
  • Categories and sections once the list is long
  • Photos per item where you have them
  • Readable at arm's length on a phone

Turnaround

A standard build takes 1 to 2 weeks from the day your content arrives. Need it sooner? Rush delivery is a listed flat fee, not a renegotiation.

How the page gets built.

01

Tell me what you need

We talk through your business, your customers and what the site has to do. I ask the questions that decide the rest of the build.

02

I design and build it

You see the site as it comes together, not just at the end. Revisions are part of the price, not an upsell.

03

We go live

I handle the domain, the hosting and the launch. Then I stay reachable for the updates that come after.

Questions

What if I do not sell food?
Then it is a services page and it works identically. A lawn care company listing five services and a restaurant listing sixty items are the same page with different amounts in it, which is exactly what simple and complex measure.
Can I update the prices myself?
Small price changes are covered by the edit allowance on your care plan, so you message me and it is done. If you want to make the changes yourself, self-editable content is a $225 power feature and it is built for exactly this.
