The terms, in
words you can read.

Who owns what, when money changes hands, and what happens if you want to stop. None of this is buried in a contract you sign without reading, because a client who is surprised later is a client I have failed.

You own your domain

You buy and hold your own domain, in your own name. I point it at your site. Nobody has to ask me for permission to move it, including you.

Your Google listing stays yours

Your Google Business Profile is set up and optimized inside your own Google account. I handle the submission and the optimization. Google controls verification timelines, and no one can promise you a date on that.

Half to start, half at launch

A 50% deposit secures your project. The remaining 50% is due once you approve the finished site, and before it is published to your live domain. Care plans are billed automatically each month to a card on file.

Pause or cancel, and the site is still yours

Care plans have a 3-month minimum, then you can cancel any time with 30 days' notice. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and that period is not refunded. After that I stop hosting, maintaining and monitoring the site. Nothing is deleted and nothing is held back — I will help you move it to hosting you control, though any third-party cost to do that is yours.

I flag before I charge

If your project runs past what your package includes, you get a quote and a chance to approve it before any extra work starts. No surprise invoices, ever.

30 days covered after launch

Every completed site includes a 30-day launch warranty, starting the day it goes live on your domain. Bugs, broken functionality and layout issues within the original approved scope are fixed at no charge. New features, redesigns and changes made outside ALVSolutions are not covered.

Outside services are billed by their own provider

Things like domains, booking platforms, premium plugins or fonts, and payment processing fees are paid by you directly, unless a service is specifically included in your project agreement. I never sign you up for or pay for one of these without checking with you first.

No logo or photos yet is fine

I can point you at DIY options that work, build with professional stock photography as a placeholder and swap in your real content later, or handle it for you through logo sourcing.

Questions people actually ask.

How long does a build take?
Typically 1 to 2 weeks from the time I have your content, depending on the package and how complex the build is. The clock starts when your content arrives, not when you pay, so getting that together early is the single biggest thing you control.
What if I do not have a logo or photos?
Either I point you at something quick that works (Looka, Fiverr, Canva), or I build with professional stock photography as a placeholder and swap in your real content once it exists. Logo sourcing and setup assistance is a listed $75 if you would rather I just handled it.
Can I edit my own site?
Most sites are updated by me as part of the care plan, which is usually faster than doing it yourself. If you want to make quick changes to your own menu, services or gallery, ask about the self-editable content power feature.
What happens if I stop paying for hosting?
An overdue balance may affect hosting or service availability, but the site is suspended, not deleted. I will always reach out well before that happens. Restoring it just needs the outstanding balance paid in full, plus a flat $75 reactivation fee.
Why is a care plan required?
Because a site nobody hosts, backs up or patches is not a working site, and I am not willing to hand over something that will quietly break. The plan covers hosting, SSL, backups, monitoring and small edits, starting at $45 a month with a 3-month minimum, then cancel any time with 30 days' notice.
What counts as a revision round?
One consolidated list of changes, submitted within 5 business days of delivery. Ten notes in one message is one round. Ten messages over three weeks is not.
What's covered after my site goes live?
Every completed site includes a 30-day launch warranty starting the day it is published to your domain. Bugs, broken functionality and layout issues caused by my work, within the scope we originally agreed on, are fixed at no charge. New features, new content, redesigns, extra revisions and issues caused by other services or your own edits are not covered.

The formal versions

These policies are how the business actually works. The signed paperwork says the same thing in longer sentences, and is still being written for this business rather than copied from another one.

Anything here you want changed?

Ask before you sign, not after. If something on this page does not work for your business, say so and I will tell you straight whether it can move.
