This policy covers ALVSolutions (https://alvsolutions.co) and describes the information collected when you use the contact form on this site, why it's collected, and who it may be shared with. It does not cover the demo sites linked from the portfolio page, which present fictional businesses and are not part of this policy.
Information the contact form collects
When you fill out the Start a Project form, the following information may be submitted:
- Your name
- Your business name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- Your city or service area
- Your business type
- Your existing website, if you have one
- Your project goals
- Your budget range
- Your timeline
- Any project notes you add
- The package or plan you selected, if any
Nothing is collected automatically. If a field is left blank, it is simply not sent.
How this information is used
Information submitted through the form is used to:
- Respond to your inquiry
- Evaluate what your project needs
- Prepare an estimate or proposal
- Communicate with you about your project
- Manage the working relationship if you become a client
It is not used for anything beyond that, and it is not sold.
How form submissions are sent
Submitting the form opens your own email application with the details already filled in, and the message is sent directly from your device to hello@alvsolutions.co. Form submissions may also be processed by a third-party form delivery provider used to securely transmit inquiries to ALVSolutions. Either way, the information reaches the same inbox and is used the same way described above.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, advertising pixels, or any other marketing tracker. No visitor behavior is tracked or profiled. If that changes, this policy will be updated to say so before anything is added.
Sharing your information
Your information is not sold or rented. It may be shared with service providers only as reasonably necessary to operate this website or ALVSolutions, or to deliver a service you have requested — for example, the form delivery provider mentioned above, once one is in place. ALVSolutions does not currently use a CRM, mailing list, or marketing automation platform.
How long information is kept
Inquiry information is kept for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you, evaluate your project, prepare a quote, or maintain the client relationship if you proceed. Information is deleted or archived once it's no longer needed for those purposes.
Security
Reasonable measures are taken to protect the information submitted through this site. No method of storage or transmission over the internet is completely secure, so this cannot be guaranteed as absolute.
Your choices
You can ask what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, at any time, by emailing hello@alvsolutions.co.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as the site and its tools change — most likely when the contact form moves to a form delivery provider. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
